Role: SAP Test Lead - Full Time

Location and Travel: Oakland, CA (Remote for now must be ready to relocate after 2 or 3 months)

10+ years of Testing experience in STLC, waterfall model, Agile model. 5+ years of Experience in performing functional testing of the SAP Finance/WM/MM/SD sub modules. And also should have exp. in Solman (Solution Manager). Must have hands on experience on SAP Implementation projects. Act as BSA to work with customer to document the requirements, manage development, testing and move application to Production. Develop Test Plan and strategy for the programme and manage the delivery from requirement to Stabilization phase. Create and manage all test deliverable documents. Create and execute test scenarios both in system testing and SIT phases. It Includes all Interfaces, Integrations between systems, API's, File Transfers etc. Sound knowledge on designing test cases and test data sets for test execution. Co-ordinate with customers to identify and review the scenarios, review the test results. Develop UAT Plan and review with Business. Run the UAT with business users and get UAT approval. Run defect Triage calls and resolve all open defects. Manage Go-NoGo decision with all stake holders and capture approvals. Automation experience required to automate the applications using UFT, Selenium, API etc. Experience working within Scrum team in Agile projects Translate business requirements, technical specifications in to functional test cases from JIRA user stories. Prepare Test deliverable documents and create KM documents. Preferred- Any SAP functional area Certified consultant.

Non-Technical Skills Excellent written and spoken communications skills Problem Solving and Decision Making skills required Team Handling and Leadership skills for tracking of daily tasks. Preferably to support in PST hours to attend calls and meetings.
