We are currently sourcing for a Software Engineer in Test (SDET) to sit in Merrimack, New Hampshire, Durham, North Carolina or Westlake, Texas. The Role As a Software Engineer in Test (SDET) you will be applying your strong software development and test automation skills to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve customer-facing software solutions. You will also be enabling your team in adopting test automation frameworks and standard methodologies to ensure we are building the right product the right way. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Finance from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience of Quality Assurance testing and systems development lifecycles in an Agile Environment. Skills (effective communication, able to work with teams, presentation skills) required for the role. Independent problem solver who is self-motivated and innovative Ability to balance priorities and take initiative in solving and overcoming problems Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain a flexible outlook and be adaptable to organizational change Brokerage knowledge a plus The Team We support all Aspects of Trading across all Business Units within Fidelity.
