Role: Sr./Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Test Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (remote until covid)

Type of Hire: Full Time - Permanent

JD Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or Workday application covering Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll modules Will be responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met, and that the solution works as expected. Develop and define the testing approach for the Oracle HCM Cloud / Workday implementation programs Develop and define an ongoing testing process to be used after go-live Very strong hands-on experience in terms of testing system functionality, performance, reliability, stability and integration with other legacy- and / or external systems Must have expertise in HCM SaaS applications testing .
