Top 3 responsibilities

  • Lead test strategy, plan, prep, execution, and closure for complex SAP projects across multiple applications in the landscape

  • Drive testing communications; serve as primary POC; coordinate with steering committee, business sponsor, module leads, and implementation partner

  • Identify risks, escalate, and implement mitigation; design and deliver environment/testing timelines, data needs, and status reporting (daily/weekly/monthly)

  • Must-have skills: 9+ years IT experience; extensive SAP testing experience including S/4HANA; test management/leadership; SAFe methodology experience; experience in SAP OTC and pricing; strong stakeholder communication; ability to manage all testing types (unit, SIT)

  • Nice-to-haves: Azure DevOps experience; proven track record on very complex multi-application landscapes

  • Location & work type: Dallas, TX, USA; 6+ month contract with potential extension; on-site work assumed unless noted otherwise

Role: SAP Test Lead/Manager

Location: Dallas - TX USA

Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Further Extendable)

JD

  • Resource should have 9+ experience in IT and strong exp in SAP projects including as test manager

  • Resource should have experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations as test manager or test lead

  • Should have excellent communication skills to work with all stakeholders in the project including steering committee, business sponsor, implementation partner, Module leads etc.

  • Should have at least experience in projects with SAFe implementation methodology

  • Experience managing all types of testing like unit testing, SIT. Should drive the test prep, execution and closure independently.

  • Azure Devops experience preferred but not mandatory

  • Resource should have experience in creating test strategy and implement it for very complex projects involving multiple applications in the landscape

  • Communicate the needs of environment strategy, testing timelines/windows, Data needs of testing, and align with all stakeholders in the project

  • Design the daily, weekly, monthly status reports required for different stakeholders like project, steering committee, project management.

  • Be the primary POC for driving all testing communications

  • Identify risks, escalate and propose risk mitigation strategies as required

  • Resource should have experience in SAP OTC and specifically in pricing.
