Job Description

"• Candidate should have extremely good communication skill, inter-personal skill and ability handle tricky situations.

Sound understanding of the testing process and methodologies – specifically UAT.
Program/Project management Skill – Create a project execution plan, identify dependencies, interact with multi stake holders (IT and Business but majority with Business) and highlight issues/risks in a timely manner, work with multiple people to clear the roadblocks (e.g. environment availability, test data availability, test case availability or infrastructure availability for business to do the UAT testing).
Managing User acceptance Testing for a large program that requires interfacing with multiple business users to plan, manage and track their testing progress.
Proven hands-on UAT experience .
The duties and responsibilities include multi-channel applications, test management, communication and test reporting, test planning, defect and data management.
Responsible for providing leadership, responsibility and management of UAT development and execution with a focus on strategic testing processes and procedures.
Should have a strong understanding of agile processes and the related QA lifecycle and methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to discuss efficiently with client, offshore & onshore teams. "
