Senior Automation Test Engineer / QA Lead

Experience

5–7 years of hands-on automation testing experience

Must-Have Skills

Automation & Testing

Strong test automation skills with ability to design and propose automation solutions

Hands-on experience with

• Selenium WebDriver
• Protractor
• Strong experience in Web UI application testing
• Expertise in RESTful API testing
• Experience with test automation estimation and tool selection
• CI/CD & DevOps Integration

Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD automation pipelines Ability to guide and mentor teams on CI/CD best practices

Tools & Frameworks

Hands-on experience with

• Test Management tools
• Bug tracking systems
• Version control systems (Git)
• Quality Assurance & Process

Experience defining and implementing QA processes, standards, and best practices

Active participation in

• Requirement reviews
• Functional and technical design reviews
• Test script reviews

Ability to contribute to

• Test planning
• Task definition
• Effort estimation
• Progress and status reporting
• Collaboration & Leadership

Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Product) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Acts as the primary QA contact for assigned application teams Experience mentoring junior QA engineers

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter Exposure to advanced test automation frameworks and modern testing practices Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments Passion for continuous learning and experimenting with new testing tools and technologies
