Role & seniority: Testing Group Manager (leadership level)

Stack / tools: test management (Jira, TestRail, ALM); functional, integration, performance, UAT testing; programming/scripting (Python, Java, JavaScript); Agile and DevOps practices; experience with cloud-based or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM)
Manage the system testing domain: plan and execute tests on complex systems; develop comprehensive test plans
Lead, train, and manage the testing team; coordinate with development/engineering to improve quality
Execute defect management: identify, document, and drive resolution; implement automation where applicable; generate testing reports with improvement recommendations
5–7 years of system testing experience, 2–3 years in a leadership role
Experience testing large, complex systems (including integration testing)
Proficiency in functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing
Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, ALM)
Programming/scripting proficiency (Python, Java, JavaScript); familiarity with Agile and DevOps
Ability to lead technical teams; experience with cloud-based/enterprise systems (ERP, CRM)
Nice-to-haves: familiarity with additional automation tooling, broader QA automation experience, domain knowledge in AI-powered quality engineering context
