We're looking for a Testing Group Manager to join our team in Netanya!
This is a full-time position - not hybrid
Responsibilities
Manage the system testing domain within the organization, including planning and executing tests on complex systems. Develop comprehensive test plans for systems based on advanced technologies. Perform functional, integration, performance, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing. Identify, resolve, and document defects encountered during testing. Work closely with development and engineering teams to improve system quality and integrity. Implement automation of testing processes where applicable. Train and professionally manage the testing team. Generate detailed reports on testing results with recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in system testing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Experience in testing large, complex systems, including integration testing. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM). Proficiency in functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps frameworks. Ability to lead and manage technical teams. Experience with cloud-based systems or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
