Role & seniority: Facets Tester / Healthcare QA Tester (Test Lead), Full-Time Permanent
Stack/tools: ALM, SQL, Facets (Claims, Membership); Azure DevOps (Nice to Have)
Location & work type: Des Moines, IA; Remote until post-COVID; on-site/hybrid as needed
Manage end-to-end testing (functional, non-functional, and automation) and track testing progress
Prepare executive testing status reports and test estimations; define test scope and strategy with business and multi-vendor teams
Coordinate with environment, test data, and application support teams; manage data strategy and system integration testing
Healthcare domain experience
Proficiency with ALM, SQL, and Facets (Claims, Membership)
Azure DevOps experience
Notes: Strong communication across all levels; capable of identifying risks/issues and coordinating across multiple teams in a healthcare testing context
