6+ years of testing experience; 3+ years in healthcare/claims testing
2+ years hands-on with FACETS Claims Application
3+ years with test management tools (HP ALM/QC, Zephyr, ClearQuest, Jira)
2+ years SQL data validation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice-to-haves

Additional healthcare domain experience beyond claims (e.g., eligibility, enrollment)
Exposure to automation or scripting for test activities
Familiarity with broader data validation or reporting tools

Skills

6+ years of testing experience required
3+ yrs of Healthcare Testing experience specifically in Claims processing
2+ yrs of hands on experience with FACETS Claims Application
3+ yrs of working Experience in Test Management Tool like HP ALM, QC, Zephyr, Clear Quest, Microsoft Suite (Project, Visio, Excel), SharePoint, JIRA
2+ Yrs of hands on experience in writing SQL queries using joins for data validation from various data sources.
Excellent writing & verbal communication skills
