Healthcare claims testing, FACETS Claims Application
Test management: HP ALM, Quality Center (QC), Zephyr, ClearQuest
Microsoft Suite: Project, Visio, Excel; SharePoint; JIRA
Data validation: SQL (2+ years, joins across sources)
Perform healthcare claims testing focused on FACETS, ensuring accuracy of claims processing
Create, maintain, and execute test cases, defects, and test artifacts using listed test management tools
Validate data across multiple sources via SQL queries; coordinate with stakeholders to validate results
6+ years of testing experience; 3+ years in healthcare/claims testing
2+ years hands-on with FACETS Claims Application
3+ years with test management tools (HP ALM/QC, Zephyr, ClearQuest, Jira)
2+ years SQL data validation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Additional healthcare domain experience beyond claims (e.g., eligibility, enrollment)
Exposure to automation or scripting for test activities
Familiarity with broader data validation or reporting tools
