Essential Functions of the Job

· Individuals with at least 3+ years of experience on QAD/ Progress products and have working experience in MFG / PRO, Progress4GL, MFG / PRO programming Standards · To integrate business and technological expertise to routinely resolve complex software and business issues, and provide timely, accurate solutions · This role is in a structured teaming environment, requiring continued learning and practice of existing product knowledge to maximize preparedness for any new issue · Document all discussions and analyze steps including creation of reusable solutions, which are posted global reuse by customers and partners · The technical consultant will usually specialize in either an Applications or Systems support role wherein Software Engineer would be responsible for Development and Enhancement of the Product

Minimum Experience Required: 5-8 YEARS

Mandatory Skills: MFG PRO Production Planning

Desirable Skills: Progress 4GL
