1. 3+ years of automated testing experience in a web-based environment

2. Proven experience with development and maintenance of regression and performance tests in a complex architecture

3. Passion for testing with a "break it" mentality

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and enhance automation framework, utilities and tools

• Build black and white box test automation that is effective, fast, robust, and maintainable using Java-based tools such as Selenium Web Driver, Kumonium, JUnit, and Apex

• Developing functional automated tests in Java and/or Apex

• Participate and contribute to product code reviews

• Participate in product and feature design with developers, usability specialists, user interface designers, and product managers

• Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution

Required Skills

• B.S. in Computer Science or other technical discipline

• 3+ years of experience in an OOP language, such as Java, C#, etc...

• Passion for testing with the "break it" mentality

• 3+ years of experience with quality engineering in a web based environment

• Comfort ability with both manual and automated testing

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

• Ability to work in a creative and fast paced environment

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

• Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results

• Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum)
