About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced and strategic QA leader to helm the quality assurance efforts at Litmus GCC. As Head of QA, you will define the QA vision, oversee multiple teams, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Your role includes not only managing the current QA processes but also driving innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and adopting cutting-edge technologies—including AI—to remain ahead of industry trends. Deep knowledge of the industrial software domain will also be critical in shaping the overall QA strategy.

• Define and implement a strategic QA vision that aligns with business goals, balancing speed, quality, and innovation.
