Senior IT Infrastructure Automation Engineer1 Key Responsibilities Design and implement automation for user management, patching, and system configurations. Automate VMware, Nutanix, Citrix Cloud & NetScaler environments. Integrate and automate AWS/Azure hybrid infrastructure. Implement monitoring and backup automation using LogicMonitor & Commvault. Integrate platforms using REST APIs and Ansible. Automate endpoint patching, software deployment, and security compliance. Maintain documentation, CMDB, and support IT operations through ServiceNow.
