Salary: $94,200 - $141,200 / year
Role & seniority: Software Engineer (entry to mid level) on Core Platform Test team; operates with some supervision.
Stack/tools: C/C++, Python; ARM architecture; Linux and RTOS concepts; basic system software/firmware validation; exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting.
Execute test plans and validate platform components (Hypervisor, USB, PMIC, PCIe, Boot, Storage).
Develop and maintain automated test scripts; contribute to test content.
Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues; apply test methodology best practices; support continuous process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
Basic understanding of system software/firmware validation; familiarity with ARM, Linux, RTOS.
Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting; strong problem-solving and debugging; good communication and teamwork.
Prior experience in test content development, automation, and validation of platform components.
Exposure to ensuring software quality and process improvement in a hardware/software integration context.
