EPAM Vietnam is looking for a highly motivated Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in transitioning our testing services from primarily manual to automated. Responsibilities Define effective testing strategies, optimizing resources and introducing automation Execute manual test cases across various functionalities, logging all identified defects and bugs in the tracking system Perform exploratory testing to uncover issues beyond predefined test cases Continuously update and refine test cases to reflect changes in the application’s current version Prepare and maintain a comprehensive test data bank to support scenario-based testing across multiple use cases Participate in usability testing sessions to identify user experience issues and recommend improvements Document test execution results thoroughly, including defect logs and regression testing coverage Requirements At least 5 years of software testing and/or test automation experience, dealing with complex technical issues and tasks Proficiency in test automation using JavaScript and test automation frameworks in the JS ecosystem Hands-on experience building automated regression suites for web apps (Cypress/Playwright) and APIs Experience in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and collaboration skills Solid background in test management and functional testing across various platforms Good understanding of test automation approaches and principles Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and test automation processes Proficiency in both spoken and written English (B2) with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills We offer By choosing EPAM Vietnam, you're getting a job at a Vietnam Best Workplace™ certified company (2022-23 and 2023-24) You'll work with the latest and most advanced technologies on exciting global projects with a supportive multicultural team where your voice matters We prioritize a healthy work-life balance with a flexible hybrid working model and generous annual leave of up to 19 days We offer a transparent career path and an individual roadmap to engineer your future & accelerate your journey
