We are hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong Selenium, Python, and BDD (SpecFlow/Python Behave) experience to work on Shell’s Next Gen Fuels Pricing Systems project.

Location: Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities Work as part of a small Agile/Scrum team (5–7 members) including developers, testers, and specialists Plan and execute end-to-end testing activities including test script development, execution, and defect management Collaborate with Test Manager, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to define test scenarios using risk-based testing

Design and develop

• Test strategy and test plans
• Test conditions, test cases, test scripts, and test data
• Test reports and quality metrics
• Perform functional testing for complex business requirements

Execute testing across

• Product Testing
• Integration Testing
• Technical Testing
• Deployment Testing
• Drive process improvements and test optimization initiatives
• Ensure test delivery assurance in compliance with Shell standard tools and frameworks
• Proactively identify risks, escalate issues on time, and ensure quality deliverables within timelines
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Mandatory Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance 4+ years of Automation experience using Selenium with Python

Strong experience in BDD frameworks

• SpecFlow
• Python Behave

Automation testing of

• Web Applications
• Web Services
• REST APIs
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Manual Testing
• Test case design and execution for manual and automation testing
• Hands-on experience with QA Automation & Quality Engineering tools and methodologies.
