We are seeking an experienced Playwright Automation Tester to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for modern web applications.

Client: Infosys

Exp: 6+ years

Notice period: immediate joiner

Loc: Auckland, New Zealand

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using Playwright
• Create and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, and regression testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve test coverage
• Analyze test results, log defects, and support resolution
• Maintain automation suites and ensure best testing practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with UI, API, regression, and cross-browser testing
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of performance and security testing tools
• Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
