Role & seniority: Experienced Software Test Engineer (system testing focus) in defense/aerospace; senior contributor within Test Management and cross-team testing communities.
Stack/tools: System testing in agile; V&V processes; risk-based testing; test design; CI/CD pipelines; test automation tools; ISTQB/TMAP or similar certification.
Review requirements with System Engineers; design and write test procedures.
Verify system compliance and proper function; support test planning and quality assurance.
Act as a sparring partner across teams; contribute to methods, automation, and processes with Test Management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or related field.
Systems Engineering experience with V&V, risk-based testing, test design.
Solid experience in testing within agile teams; knowledge of CI/CD and test automation tools.
Professional English (written and spoken); strong communication.
Ability to work in a complex, specialized environment; proactive, reliable.
Danish language skills.
Additional software testing certifications (ISTQB, TMAP, etc.).

Your role in our team
As our new experienced Software Test Engineer with focus on system testing, you bring strong expertise in both software development and systems engineering. You will be a key sparring partner across teams in the Test Management department, supporting knowledge sharing, planning for quality, and actively contributing to testing activities that ensure reliable and timely project delivery. You will also help develop shared methods, tools, and automated practices to enhance testing maturity across our locations in Lystrup and Søborg.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Reviewing requirements in close collaboration with System Engineers Designing and writing test procedures Verifying that the system meets requirements and functions as intended Collecting and refining knowledge to support test planning and quality assurance Acting as a key sparring partner for colleagues across teams and collaborating with the broader test community and Test Management team on methods, automation, and processes
Bring your world class expertise into play
