Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

Timing: 2pm-11pm Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our web applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, dashboards, and AI-driven systems. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and operations teams to establish and maintain strong quality standards across all projects. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and QA documentation Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps Collaborate with developers for early-stage quality validation Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and reviews Ensure quality standards across UI, APIs, performance, and security Validate deployments on development, staging, and production environments Support CI/CD pipelines through automated testing where applicable Requirements 1+ year of experience in Software Quality Assurance Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies Hands-on experience with manual testing (web applications and APIs) Basic knowledge of automation tools/frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Postman, etc.) Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) Understanding of REST APIs and JSON Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Good communication skills and a collaborative team mindset What We Offer Competitive salary within market range Opportunity to work on modern SaaS and AI-based systems Collaborative and growth-focused work environment Learning and exposure to automation and CI/CD practices
