About the Role

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about software quality and eager to start their career in QA. You will work closely with our development and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• In addition to manual testing, you will receive hands-on training in automation testing tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, TestComplete, and others) and will have the opportunity to implement automation scripts and contribute to building robust automation suites. This hybrid exposure will help you develop a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing, preparing you for advanced QA roles in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing test cases for web and desktop application.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Report and track bugs using standard tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with developers and QA leads to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Learn and apply automation testing tools (e.g., SmartBear TestComplete, Selenium) under guidance.
• Document test results and contribute to QA process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with manual testing concepts; knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
