What We're Looking For... We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and committed to ensuring high-quality software products.

Roles and Responsibilities

Execute test cases for new and existing functionalities across web, mobile, or desktop applications Identify, document, and track defects using the team’s defect-tracking tools Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing Collaborate with developers and QA leads to understand requirements and expected outcomes Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, test results, test plans) Re-test resolved defects and verify software fixes Report issues clearly and concisely, with supporting details or replication steps Participate in team meetings, sprint ceremonies, and test planning activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts Familiarity with test case writing and bug reporting Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) Basic understanding of tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Basic knowledge of automation concepts (Selenium, Playwright, etc.) is a plus, but not required Strong communication and documentation skills Willingness to ask questions, seek clarification, and adapt to new tools and processes
