Role & seniority: V&V Engineer – Medical Embedded Systems; Software V&V Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in embedded software verification for medical or safety-critical systems
Stack/tools: Embedded C/C++; test management and requirements tools (Azure DevOps, DOORS, Polarion, JIRA)
Define and lead the software verification process on embedded devices with GUI
Draft and validate test plans, test protocols and test reports per medical standards (Agile)
Coordinate unit-level test execution; collaborate with firmware, system engineering and quality; support internal/external audits with evidence and documentation
Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or related field
4–5 years’ experience in verification of embedded software in medical or safety-critical domains
Proficiency with test/requirements tools (Azure DevOps, DOORS, Polarion, JIRA)
Basic embedded languages knowledge (C, C++) for review/debug; experience with electronic devices and testing in simulated/real environments
Knowledge of medical device standards and regulatory processes
Certifications or formal training related to test verification, quality or safety standards
Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
