Role Summary Beyondsoft Malaysia is seeking for detail-oriented and solutions driven Software Tester with exceptional Exploratory Testing skills in delivering smooth user experience within mobile applications. As the role involves cross collaboration with technical stakeholders from US within Pacific Time, the ideal candidate should be flexible in adapting to the fixed work schedule. This position is a full-time role with opportunities to develop QA skills with a full remote flexibility with competitive market pay structure.

Work Hours Arrangement: 9AM - 6PM (Pacific Time) / 12AM - 9AM (Malaysia Time)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct integration, accessibility, ad-hoc, sanity, and full regression testing across various browsers, devices, and operating systems as part of release cycles Analyze complicated software system and design a strategy to test this system Understand and represent customer needs in product feedback discussions Customer centric mindset to come up with test scenarios that test much more than stated use cases. Participate in release management and post deployment testing Use bug tracking tools to identify, prioritize, and track defects across different platforms. Design test plans, write test cases, and review functional requirement documentation specific to each platform. Work closely with cross functional teams, i.e. web/Android/iOS developers, QAs, product management, and design team to understand platform-specific requirements and to ensure consistent quality standards across platforms. Ensure timely resolution of issues, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
