GENERAL FUNCTION The Quality Analyst supports the Quality and Lab teams by collecting, validating, and analyzing operational data to provide accurate performance insights and drive continuous improvement. This role identifies trends, supports problem‑solving, enhances reporting efficiency, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to strengthen data visibility and streamline quality workflows. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to adopting new tools and technologies are essential to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and decision‑making.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Inputs daily FGIRs into SAP timely, Utilizes SAP/BW system to monitor the accuracy and integrity of FGIRs. Schedule, execute and share regular analytics and reporting. Perform analysis and support execution of strategic initiatives along with processes, tools and systems needed to support them. Develop and maintain automated tools and reporting systems to reduce manual data processing, improve accuracy, and enhance visibility of key quality metrics. Utilize dashboards to track data completeness, identify trends, and support continuous improvement. (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Lead or support quality-related improvement projects by conducting targeted analyses, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high‑quality outputs in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Prepare presentation documents and assist in presenting findings to all levels of management. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
