You’ll be diving into these tasks
Conduct thorough testing of trading platform functionalities, including but not limited to order execution, transaction processing, and wallet management.
Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
Perform manual testing as well as implement and maintain automated testing solutions to increase test coverage and efficiency.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and analyze product requirements, specifications, and technical designs.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in cryptocurrency technologies to enhance testing methodologies and processes.
Bring these HODL-worthy skills to the table
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services industry.
Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter), and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Experience with API testing, performance testing, and security testing for web-based applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and quality.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
