Design, build, and maintain end-to-end test automation strategy and infrastructure
Lead, coach, and review QA engineers; define reusable automation templates and practices
Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and DevOps; embed testing in CI/CD; define metrics/KPIs; report defects clearly
≥10 years QA experience; proven automation infra built from scratch
Expertise in at least one major framework (Selenium/Playwright/Cypress) and API testing (Postman/RestAssured/Karate)
Strong Java or JavaScript programming, CI/CD, Git/Maven, SQL/NoSQL, Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
Understanding of BDD/Cucumber; ability to coach/test design and code

This position will be Design, build, and maintain test automation infrastructure from scratch Define reusable templates, libraries, and practices for automation Lead and mentor QA engineers in test automation best practices Review test code and automation contributions from test engineers Implement testing strategies for web and API-based applications Define test data management strategies and environments for stable test execution Work with DevOps to embed testing in CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers to identify and report issues, providing clear and detailed descriptions of defects Set and uphold quality metrics and KPIs Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve test effectiveness Introduce and integrate AI-driven testing tools Document test architecture decisions, testing strategies, and contribution guidelines
How do we describe the perfect match? Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in QA Proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect reporting, test documentation, and test automation development Demonstrated experience building test automation infrastructure from scratch Ability to coach QA engineers and review test design and code
Proven experience with at least one major test framework: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress Proven experience with API test tools like Postman, RestAssured, Karate Strong understanding of BDD concepts and automation design principles and Cucumber Strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript and its programming ecosystem for test infrastructure Experience with version control and build tools (e.g., Git, Maven) Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for test data management Experience with CI/CD tools Familarity with bash scripting Familarity with Docker/Kubernetes environments Preferably familiar with Kafka or other message brokers Knowledge of performance testing using tools like JMeter Preferably holding ISTQB test specialist certificates Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A commitment to delivering high-quality software products Drive a culture of quality engineering within the teams
