Job Title: Quality Controls Analyst

Location: Taguig / Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines (Remote work available)

About the Role

• We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support our Underwriting Operations team. You will help improve processes, implement automation, and create data-driven solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance activities for endorsements and policies.
• Identify process improvements and implement automation or data solutions.
• Design and create Power BI dashboards to visualize data and insights.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Document findings clearly and present to managers and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to teams for achieving project goals.
• Optimize and streamline the QA program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–8 years of QA or related experience.
• Strong skills in Power BI, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Insurance experience is a plus.
• Process improvement mindset.
