Job Description
Lead the design and implementation of advanced automation systems and tools for manufacturing or process improvement. Oversee system characterization, simulation correlation, and validation for protocols and equipment. Develop and maintain automation frameworks, including scripting and deployment across multiple stations. supporting equipment activities for new production lines or process improvement initiatives. Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting for ongoing projects. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Process, EHS & etc Prepare documentation and presentations as required by the project team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in E&E Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in automation systems, scripting languages (such as Python, PLC or any programming language)
Project Leadership: Proven track record in leading engineering projects
Analytical Skills: Strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing, electronics, and process engineering environments.
Programing Strong interest in equipment technology, automation, and project management. Extensive experience (usually 2+ years) in automation, electronic design, hardware development, or validation engineering. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Mentorship from experienced ET&A professionals. Exposure to real-world project management and process improvement.
