Requirements / Must Haves · 5-7+ years in a QA role (with lead experience) · Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal structure. · Strong technical skills using TFS, including testing documentation. · Ability to design and implement testing plans without guidance or direction from others. · Ability to write SQL queries with no supervision. · Automated test case writing experience (Coded UI, Selenium, Python etc) · Strong organizational and time management skills · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Meticulous attention to detail Good communication skills and Excellent functional knowledge & testing concepts Excellent knowledge and working experience in Agile methodology Provides Test planning & logistics and develops test strategies & plans Test Execution & Defect management
