Responsibilities : ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Test Coordinator to lead and manage all testing phases for large-scale, global enterprise programs. This is a newly established role, created to bring structure, accountability, and rigor to the testing lifecycle across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The IT Test Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all testing activities across multiple systems and platforms. This role ensures that software releases meet quality standards and business requirements through structured testing processes. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and third-party application managers to lead testing phases, especially User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure alignment with enterprise goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Testing Strategy & Governance Own the end-to-end testing strategy, methodology, and toolset. Ensure consistent understanding and adherence to testing processes across all teams Test Cycle Management Plan and execute all testing cycles, including environment setup, test tool provisioning, and scenario/script creation. Coordinate testing schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion Defect Management Establish and maintain defect tracking and resolution procedures. Lead defect triage across vendors, developers, and business teams UAT Leadership Lead the UAT phase in collaboration with business stakeholders. Ensure readiness, alignment, and support throughout UAT execution Vendor Oversight Review and approve vendor-defined testing timelines and approaches. Validate business involvement and ensure testing alignment Reporting & Communication Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and risks. Communicate testing outcomes to project stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. Strong understanding of testing methodologies (manual and automated). Experience coordinating testing efforts across multiple teams and projects Preferred ISTQB or PMP certification. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Postman. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Skills Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Comfortable working under pressure and in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
