Test Execution: Perform manual and/or automated tests to evaluate the functionality, performance and overall quality of a product.
Defect Management: Identify, document and track defects by working with developers to resolve them. Ensure that the team follows test standards, guidelines and methodologies as specified in the testing strategy. Be responsible for managing the overall test effort and deliveries, working with the testing team to ensure that tests are performed on time and within budget. Manage the test environment, test data preparation, test tools and test automation implementation. Work with the application and technical architecture teams to plan the various test phases. Review tests to ensure they meet entry and exit criteria. Act as the main point of contact and scheduling for questions related to tests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas. Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Testing, Integration Testing and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experience in testing in the area of Human Resources (HR) is a differential. Experience with Testrail is a differential. Strong analytical capability and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems, offering appropriate solutions to customers. Fluent communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
