Role & seniority: Flight Test Program Manager; senior-level, individual contributor/lead for flight test campaigns.

Lead planning and execution of flight test campaigns from ground tests to final certification; ensure safety and efficiency.
Serve as primary interface among Flight Test, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality; manage test processes and configuration control.
Develop/maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and budgets; track KPIs; run daily stand-ups and weekly reviews; manage risks and external site logistics.
BS in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; 7+ years in flight test operations or program management.
Experience with aircraft development programs (Part 23/25 preferred); deep FAA regulatory knowledge (14 CFR Part 21); flight test risk management.
Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet) and Jira; strong logistics and remote-site operations experience.
