Strategic Test Planning: Lead the creation of technical test plans for non-deterministic AI behaviors, LLM-driven interactions, and complex agent workflows.

Tooling & Automation: Create Editor Utility Blueprints and validation scripts to assist both our internal team and our customers in verifying data assets and AI configurations.

Feedback Loop: Partner with Product and Engineering to translate new defects and regressions into platform-wide hardening requirements and features.

Reporting: Create reports that allow us to track, triage, and fix issues as the platform is actively being developed. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years professional experience in AAA/AA game development with multiple shipped titles. Strong proficiency using the Unreal Engine; experience with additional game engines is a plus.

Advanced Blueprints: Proven ability to build logic in Blueprints to facilitate automated testing.

Test Architecture: Expertise in designing and implementing modular, reusable test frameworks that can be scaled across different agents and environments Behaviors
