Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Tester with strong functional knowledge of CCS, CC&B, C2M and hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and automation for Oracle Utilities implementations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SIT, UAT, and regression cycles. Validate functional modules across billing, metering, payments, collections, and integrations and etc.,. Perform API testing for REST/SOAP services and batch job validations. Log, track, and manage defects using Jira; ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with developers and functional SMEs for root cause analysis and retesting. Ensure traceability from requirements to test artifacts and maintain documentation. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities products (CCS/CC&B/C2M) and OUAF framework. Hands-on experience in functional testing and integration testing. Familiarity with SQL for data validation and test data setup. Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, REST Assured, Postman). Good understanding of batch processing and performance testing basics. Excellent communication and defect management skills.
