Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. Execute performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter and Playwright. Collaborate with development and business teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Ensure test coverage for financial systems and banking applications. Document test cases, results, and defects in a clear and organized manner. Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
About You
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing, especially in automation testing. Minimum 3 years of experience in automation and performance testing using Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and Playwright. Proficient in developing automation scripts in Java or Python. Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, web locators, databases, and web services. Experience working in the banking or financial services domain is a big plus. Good communication in English. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
