The QA Training Specialist will be responsible for design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees at QA Compliance area. Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Devise programs to develop executive potential among employees in lower-level positions. Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts. Keep up with developments in QA Compliance area by being facilitator. Monitor training by giving exams and/or measuring on the job trainings.
