About This Role
We’re looking for an SDET to help us build reliable, well-tested software by working closely with our development teams. This role sits within engineering and focuses on strengthening quality across manual and automated testing.
You’ll be involved throughout the development lifecycle — understanding requirements, designing test coverage, validating fixes, and improving how we test as a team in an Agile environment.
What You’ll Do
Test Design & Execution
Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and translate them into clear test cases. Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, usability, and performance. Re-run test suites to verify fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved.
Automation & Quality Practices
Develop, maintain, and improve test automation scripts. Contribute to API and load testing to identify reliability and performance issues. Support CI/CD pipelines by aligning testing practices with continuous integration and deployment.
Defect Management & Documentation
Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools. Maintain test cases, automation scripts, test reports, and related documentation. Share clear feedback with the development team to support timely resolution.
Agile Collaboration
Participate in Agile-Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve testing processes and overall product quality.
What We’re Looking For

Experience with API and load testing tools such as Postman, Apache JMeter, or LoadRunner. Programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scripts.
Working knowledge of CI/CD practices.
Experience using bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla. Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Basic database knowledge (MySQL or MSSQL).
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools such as Testim, Mabl, or similar platforms. Exposure to AI-driven test case generation tools. Familiarity with machine learning–based testing frameworks. Experience with AI-powered bug detection or analysis tools.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Approach problems analytically and methodically. Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage time effectively while balancing multiple testing activities. Take ownership of quality and follow issues through to resolution.
