Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Automation Tester with a strong background in online banking and mobile banking applications or extensive hands-on cloud testing experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating cloud-based applications, ensuring high quality, security, and performance in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts for cloud-based applications hosted on Microsoft Azure Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for online and mobile banking platforms Validate cloud services, APIs, microservices, and backend integrations Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment Ensure compliance with banking, security, and data privacy standards Analyze test results, identify defects, and work through resolution with cross-functional teams Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into deployment workflows
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as an Automation Tester in Azure cloud environments Hands-on experience testing online banking and/or mobile banking applications OR heavy cloud testing experience in large-scale enterprise applications Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar Experience testing APIs (REST, SOAP) using tools like Postman or RestAssured Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native testing practices Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Nice To Have
Experience with security, performance, or load testing Exposure to DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git) Banking or financial services domain certifications Experience with mobile automation (Appium)
