Responsibilities Lead efforts to develop, document, and implement QA processes and procedures to improve product quality. Create, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies for assigned systems. Develop software quality test plans and test cases and maintain standards for QA documentation. Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans to validate software requirements. Ensure a high degree of quality across programs, procedures, systems, and release documentation. Anticipate potential software problems by creating exhaustive test scenarios. Perform ETL testing across integrated data pipelines and systems. Document testing results in alignment with approved test plans. Identify and analyze defects and trace chains of events leading to failures. Identify areas for test improvement using analysis and metrics. Communicate critical issues and status updates in a timely manner. Educate, train, coach, and provide guidance to QA team members. Define environment strategy for all systems in scope and manage configuration and refresh cycles. Coordinate deployment calendars, schedules, and dependencies across multiple teams and platforms. Track and report code and configuration changes across environments to ensure release readiness. Experience Requirements 5 to 20 years of QA and release management experience across multi-system environments. Proven ability to oversee code changes, configuration updates, and deployments across diverse systems. Experience managing integrated environments across multiple platforms beyond a single application ecosystem. Strong understanding of Agile Release Train coordination in scaled environments. Familiarity with release management tools, scheduling, and dependency tracking. Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team coordination. Hands-on experience creating and maintaining test plans, scripts, and methodologies. Demonstrated ETL testing experience with data validation across environments. Ability to analyze defects, trace root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Experience establishing QA documentation standards and continuous improvement practices. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
