Your Role You develop, maintain and optimize scalable test frameworks and libraries—with a focus on reliability and maintainability. Your daily work is characterized by close collaboration with cross-functional development teams, product management, and our customers to ensure the creation of high-quality products. You integrate automated tests into CI/CD, perform tests and monitor their execution. You also create metrics and dashboard reports. You mentor QA talents, conduct code reviews of automated tests, and promote best practices. In addition to project work, you actively participate in the internal testing community and stay up to date with the latest developments. Occasionally you undertake project trips to Germany to support your team and your clients on site.
Your Profile You bring at least five years of experience in building test strategies as well as implementing test automation solutions, and you have already taken project responsibility for quality assurance. You have already gained relevant experience in AI-assisted testing, as well as in testing AI-based software products. You routinely use test tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress and Appium. You are also proficient in API testing with Postman, SOAP-UI or SuperTest. You are proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java, C#, JavaScript or Python. You have solid experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines, as well as testing within cloud environments. You speak fluent English. German language skills would be a plus.
