What are we looking for?

Skills Required

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications Strong manual testing expertise across UI, API, and database layers Proven ability to create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test documentation Solid experience in defect identification, logging, tracking, and retesting using tools like JIRA or similar Foundational knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) with willingness to grow automation skills Basic understanding of programming or scripting (Java, Python, or JavaScript) to support automation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Familiarity with Agile methodologies and fast-paced development environments Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams

What will you do?

Design, create, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases for web and mobile applications Perform UI, API, and database testing to validate functionality, data integrity, and system behavior Identify, document, track, and retest software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution Conduct regression testing to verify fixes, enhancements, and new releases Assist in the development, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report findings to the team Participate in requirements analysis, sprint planning, and review sessions to ensure test coverage aligns with business needs Collaborate with development and product teams to define quality standards and testing strategies Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices Stay current with testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to support evolving QA needs
