Job Brief

We are looking for a QA Intern with a passion for software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications, along with some exposure in automation. This internship will provide hands-on experience in testing methodologies, automation tools, and API testing as well.

Responsibilities

Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues.
Assist in writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Report bugs, track issues, and collaborate with developers to ensure fixes.
Work closely with the development team to improve software quality.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
Gain hands-on experience in automation testing (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

Requirements

Basic experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
Understanding of test case creation, bug reporting, and defect tracking.
Some experience or exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or Cypress).
Knowledge of API testing using Postman or any other tool.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like JIRA or Trello.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
Knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for automation scripting will be a plus Point.
