QA/Tester
One of our clients is looking for a QA/Tester to join their team in Columbus, Ohio. This position requires strong skills in Testing, Quality Assurance, QA Management, and Team Leadership.
Define product test plans and criteria for acceptance. Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures. Resolve testing process questions/issues. Assist in the planning, creation, and control of the test environments. Conduct inspections and resolve issues. Coordinate and execute assembly or product tests with various teams. Assist Team Lead in monitoring tasks. Work with team members to enhance testing skills. Update and test release installation procedures. Stay updated on industry developments and apply them to work. Determine time estimates and schedule for work efforts. Define and utilize entry/exit criteria for testing. Schedule structured walk-throughs or inspections. Work with users to ensure solutions meet requirements. Anticipate and resolve team-specific issues. Identify and track issues, risks, and action items. Perform as a test lead.
Proven experience in Testing and Quality Assurance. Knowledge of QA Management and Team Leadership. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
