Champion a zero-defect mindset and promote quality ownership across teams Design and implement shift-left test strategies across multiple lines of business Develop and maintain automated tests across all layers (unit, API, integration, end-to-end) Build automation using open-source frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines Test API-driven, microservices-based architectures Collaborate with Agile (Scrum) teams to decompose requirements and user stories into effective test coverage Manage test environments, test data, and containerized test strategies Review pull/merge requests and provide feedback on quality and best practices Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect prevention
