We are looking for a Business Analyst / QA Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both business analysis and quality assurance responsibilities in a structured yet relaxed working environment.

Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and system requirements Prepare clear functional specifications and user stories Conduct QA activities including test case writing, execution, and defect reporting Ensure delivered features meet business and quality standards Provide daily end-of-day reports to the Project Manager Give progress updates during daily morning stand-up meetings Coordinate with developers and stakeholders for smooth delivery Required Skills & Qualifications Good English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong documentation and organizational skills Knowledge of software testing / QA processes Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a hybrid working environment Responsible, detail-oriented, and team-focused Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar Prior experience in an IT or software company Salary & Benefits Salary starting from LKR 50,000 (negotiable based on experience) Friendly and relaxed working environment Hybrid working arrangement Career growth opportunities How to Apply
