We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join a large‑scale enterprise project within an Agile Release Train (ART) – Integrated Proposition, delivered using the SAFe framework. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce‑based business processes integrated with multiple external systems. You will work independently as part of an agile, distributed team, contributing your expertise in manual and automated testing, end‑to‑end process validation, and continuous quality improvement.

What you will do

Test Design & Test Case Development

• Design, develop, and document test cases based on defined test requirements for Salesforce frontend and agent service processes (e.g. meter reading capture, bank data transmission)
• Ensure full test coverage for newly developed and enhanced software features
• Create clear, reusable, and maintainable test scenarios aligned with acceptance criteria

Test Execution

• Execute manual tests according to prepared test cases and scenarios
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from requirement specifications
• Validate business processes with a strong focus on stability, performance, and data quality

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Document test results for both successful and failed test executions
• Track identified defects and deviations to ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for continuous improvement of testing processes

Additional Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute manual end‑to‑end test scenarios for complex business processes
• Perform functional testing of Salesforce customizations (custom objects, workflows, automations)
• Conduct regular regression tests, especially after system updates or changes
• Create detailed defect reports and collaborate closely with developers on root‑cause analysis
• Validate and verify data consistency and integrity across integrated systems
• Test integrations and interfaces between Salesforce and connected systems (e.g. Mulesoft, SAP, Powercloud, Inspire, CIAM)
• Maintain and improve QA processes and propose best testing practices
