Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, located in Indore. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards across construction projects, supervising quality audits, and implementing quality standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring daily operations to ensure adherence to protocols, assisting in guiding the team to meet quality objectives, documenting and reporting quality concerns, and supporting the development and implementation of quality control processes. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues swiftly and maintain project excellence.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, quality standards, and compliance in construction and infrastructure projects. Proficiency in quality control procedures, inspections, and testing methodology to ensure superior project delivery. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to manage and resolve quality-related issues effectively. Proficient in communication and leadership skills to guide teams within timelines and project specifications.
