Job Title: Systems Test Engineer

Location: Johnson City, TN (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Shift: Full-time (approx. 8–9am to 4–5pm)

Notes: Local candidates | W2 only.

Key Responsibilities Design and execute system and product test cases based on customer workflows. Investigate and reproduce customer issues; collaborate with dev teams on resolution. Document test procedures, record results, and report status. Support development teams with test consulting and backlog planning. Drive continuous improvement and automate tests where feasible.

Required BS/MS in Engineering, Software, or related field. 2+ years experience in testing, application engineering, or dev. Knowledge of industrial automation products/applications. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Agile & test methodologies; PLC languages (LAD, SCL). Industrial protocols (OPC UA, PROFINET, HMI). C#, test frameworks (NUnit/MSTest), Git/TFS. Industrial safety (Failsafe PLCs, Profisafe).
