Full Description

We’re looking for a curious, thoughtful, and empathetic QA Automation Engineer to join our team and work with Mabl on complex, high-impact projects.

🔍 What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using Mabl

• Work directly with business SMEs to extract functional and domain knowledge

• Translate complex business processes into clear, testable scenarios

• Balance UI and API automation, optimizing coverage and test-token consumption

• Ask clarifying questions, challenge assumptions with empathy, and validate testability

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional, international teams

✅ What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience with Mabl test automation

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and SMEs

• Proven ability to quickly understand complex business processes

• Comfort with asking clarifying questions and validating requirements

• Experience balancing UI vs API automation and optimizing test-token usage
